Maple Leafs sign Landon Sim to two-year contract

(Toronto, ON) -- Landon Sim (New Glasgow, NS) has signed a two-year entry level contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The 21-year old winger signed an American Hockey League deal last summer and has split the season between the AHL Toronto Marlies and the ECHL Cincinnati Cyclones.

Sim was originally a 6th round selection of the St. Louis Blues in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft who recorded 30 goals and 23 assists in 54 games along with 105 penalty minutes..

He played four seasons for the OHL's London Knights where he was a 3rd round pick in the 2020 OHL Priority Selection.

While with the Knights he captured two J. Ross Robertson Cups and the 2025 Memorial Cup.
