Tanner Adams signs with Sudbury Wolves

(Sudbury, ON) -- The Sudbury Wolves have signed forward Tanner Adams (Porcupine, ON) to an OHL player development agreement following a blockbuster 17-pick trade.

Adams, who played the past two seasons with The Hill Academy in Orangeville, ON, was selected 3rd overall by the Brampton Steelheads in the 2026 OHL Priority Selection Draft. The Steelheads receive 15 picks from Sudbury and two compensatory picks for Adams' rights.

The 6.01, 203 lbs, right shot forward recorded 34 goals and 54 assists in 52 games with The Hill U16 team in 2025-26.

Tanner grew up playing for the Porcupine Jr. Gold Kings and the Timmins North Stars prior to attending the Hill Academy.
